What a great Dealership.. What a great SALESMAN, Ed Layfield!!
Purchased a beautiful Ford Fusion on Friday. Was there on Tuesday looking at a few cars, and came back to purchased on Thursday. Came in late, so had to finish the deal on Friday after the CU came through with a great rate.
Ed did all the paperwork and made it so easy. He was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond for us and my son's car.

I was definitely irritated with the way things were handled I went to view the car took it for a test drive went and got the loan for the car just for me to come back and they tell me that someone messed with odometer, the mileage they advertised wasn’t the actual mileage. It was 20,000 mile difference from what they advertised. The car mirror also had white tape on it to hide the fact that it was a chrome mirror when it should’ve been an all white mirror they fixed it after I pointed it out. The salesmen had no idea about the issues with the mileage or mirror. And when I took it off the lot the tire pressure sensor was on but I assumed the tires needed air I could fix that come to find out the sensors in the tire are actually broke and that’s not to add on the fact I have a bad battery I had the car for about 4 weeks and had to jumpstart it 3x.
What a GREAT Car Dealership. Very, very helpful. Very nice selection of cars and trucks. I was amazed on there selection for a smaller dealership. I bought my 2003 Dodge Dakota, I am the second owner. Mr. MacKinnon was very helpful and easy to talk with, this was my first buy and he made everything go smoothly!!!! I had no worries with anything, he completed everything very, very fast.
This was my first car lot shopping experience I dealt with Fred H. He was really cool about the whole process and did everything he could to help me out with all his years his experience and knowledge. He knows his stuff and he's definitely the type of person you can get caught up talking about life with. As with anything, you have to go into the process realistic and in the mood. If you go in stressed out unable to be educated, you're not going to be able to hear the information youre being told and you're definitely not going to be able to follow your intuition in a negative confrontational mindset, mine took me to the 2010 Hyundai Accent and Fred. I do not regret a thing. He gave me a hell of a deal and also left me walking away feeling comfortable that should anything arise, it will be an easy, comfortable process to get serviced. Recommend.

Had a couple of weird mechanical issues right away on first vehicle we purchased. Brought it back, and they did clear the check engine. We brought it back again with another problem the same day. We then asked to cancel the sale and look at another car. They agreed to do that, and the second car was fantastic. Good folks, friendly, really did their best to get us fixed up. No BS. When I need another car, I’ll be back.
I have bought other cars from arrow motors previously Always good deals good service and great cars. My family is dealt with arrow motors since 1970 And we will continue to do so. Ed is a great salesman very honest very good Does not try to hide anything. Fred is also a very very honest good car dealer. If you want a good quality used car for a good price this is the place to go.

More vehicles on the lot have been in accidents than havent. Some serious. Some have frame damage that isn't disclosed. Dealers will tell you a vehicle is still available even if it has already sold just to get you to come in and look at other cars on the lot; which is a tactic used by car salesman just to get you to come in. Not the biggest issue; but is a waste of time if you are driving a distance to see a specific car. Poor predatory practices on the business end. Some cars are okay; but be cautious and take someone with you to look at their vehicles that has mechanical and inspection experience.
one word: HORRIBLE. It isn’t even worth one star but it doesn’t let you give 0. Entirely disgusted with nearly every component the experience that Aero Motors has provided my husband and me with. The sales manager, Fred, is nothing but lazy …
